Researcher: Assist. Prof. Vanya Nalbantova

She graduated as a Master Pharmacist at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Medical University of Plovdiv in 2016. In 2019, she held the position of assistant professor at the Department of Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Medical University - Plovdiv, and in 2021 she is a PhD student in the same department. She specializes in medicinal plants and phytopharmaceuticals. She has actively participated in university doctoral and postdoctoral research projects. Research interests are in the field of pharmacognosy and phytochemistry, pharmacology and phytotherapeutics.
