Description:

Medical Informatics Platform (MIP) is a global open access platform that allows hospitals and research centers around the world to share medical data. It enables online users to have effective access to accurate and relevant information about brain diseases while strictly respecting patients' privacy.

The involvement of the Translational Neuroscience Complex as a partner in the Human Brain Project gives us access to the MIP and the opportunity to participate in its development and testing.

The platform enables rapid standardized processing of structural neuroimaging data and easy access to a range of statistical analyzes that can be used in scientific publications.

Goals:

Installation and testing of a platform that provides automatic standardized processing of structural magnetic resonance imaging data and enables statistical processing of results online.
